Dr. Yousuf Al Maslamani, Medical Director of Hamad General Hospital (HGH) at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), has disclosed a plan to modernize a world class HGH.Dr. Al Maslamani said that there is an HGH maintenance program given that HGH is the oldest hospital in the State of Qatar, and this aims to modernize the world class HGH from inside and outside.
He added that the modernization would be conducted on the level of spaces needed by each patient, medical equipment and services provided for patients inside regular medical units and intensive care units.
He pointed out that once final approval is obtained, this modernization will be conducted and a world class new and modern hospital of the twenty-first century will be completed.
