Civil Service and Government Development Bureau Launches "Knowledge Transfer" Initiative

The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau launched yesterday the "Knowledge Transfer" initiative with 13 international consulting companies that possess a proven track record of strategic projects in the State of Qatar, announcing the start of the first phase of the Knowledge Transfer initiative, which aims to encourage development across the government sector manpower in Qatar from the beginning of next year.

HE Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, said that the "Knowledge Transfer" initiative represents an excellent opportunity to learn and benefit from vivid examples and global experiences at the level of local strategic projects in multiple sectors. The initiative enables public sector employees to hone their skills by acquiring new job practices and experiences across the private sector, according to the foundations, standards and requirements that have been identified and studied in advance to achieve the desired goals.
