The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs represented in the Administrative Development Sector, issued a guide of electronic services provided by 11 departments affiliated to the three sectors of the Ministry.

The guide indicates the number of electronic services provided by the Ministry through its three sectors. The services number reached 98 electronic services, the social affairs sector ranked first in the number of services provided for public (citizens and residents), with 55 services among the family affairs, social security and association management department. While the labor sector came second, with 36 services provided by the labor inspection departments and labor relations and employment.

The Labor sector offers a new electronic service, which is to provide the opportunity for Qatari citizen who works in the private sector to submit an electronic complaint against his work. As an electronic form has been allocated for the complaint in which he puts his job position and whether he was subject to any previous administrative penalties or not, and if there is any lawsuit related to his complaint.
