HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, chaired the Cabinet's regular meeting held at the Amiri Diwan yesterday.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Cabinet listened to the explanation made by the Minister of Public Health, on the latest developments to curb the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the Cabinet affirmed the continuation of the precautionary measures taken to combat this pandemic. The Cabinet also reviewed the recommendations of the Shura Council on a draft law regulating the press, publications, publishing, media activities, and arts, and the views of the Ministry of Culture and Sports in this regard, and took the appropriate decision on it.
