HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, chaired the Cabinet's regular meeting held at the Amiri Diwan yesterday's noon. 

HE Dr. Ghaith bin Mubarak Al Kuwari, the Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs, presented during yesterday's regular Cabinet meeting the strategic plan of the Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf). This comes within the framework of the instructions of HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior about briefing the Cabinet on the plans related to the jurisdictions of ministries, other governmental bodies and public organizations and authorities. This includes all programs, operational projects and specific timetables for achievement as well as standards and indicators measuring performance progress, and in conformity with the comprehensive development vision "the Qatar National Vision 2030" (QNV2030), including partnership projects between the public and private sectors, if found.         

The Ministry's plan includes the main result: It is a comprehensive and integrated system for religious Da'wah (call) and guidance and Islamic affairs that consolidates the noble Islamic principles and values as a way of life in the Qatari society, and supports the system of social protection and human building in accordance with the sustainable development path.
