The Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) has announced the lists of mosques where performing the upcoming Friday prayer will be allowed, as well as prayer places designated for the blessed Eid Al Adha prayer.

This comes within the framework of the third stage of the plan of the gradual lifting of the restrictions imposed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Awqaf also stressed the necessity of full adherence to all precautionary measures regarding prayer at mosques, emphasizing that it is permissible for the elderly and people with chronic diseases to continue performing prayer at home, according to Sharia (Islamic law).
