The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced that its Information Systems Department (ISD) has successfully attained certification for ISO/IEC 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

Through a tweet posted on its official account on Twitter, Ashghal clarified that its ISD has obtained the ISO accreditation certificate, due to their compliance with the requirements of ISO standards and the completion of the accreditation audit conducted by the CPG Foundation.

Ashghal indicated that its commitment to the BCMS ISO standard ensures the continuity of the information systems infrastructure work, including the supporting procedures, personnel, and services provided by the ISD (internally and externally), making Ashghal one of the few organizations that obtained the latest BCMS certification in Qatar.
