About

The e-services are one of the most important pillars to protect the Qatari community, and to reduce gatherings in the government, semi-government institutions and the private sector as part of the State's efforts to control the outbreak of Coronavirus.

Qatar enjoys one of the highest international rates in terms of the ability to complete most transactions online without the need to go to the relevant entity, through a series of e-services available on Qatar e-government portal or smart apps of major institutions in the country.

On this occasion, Reem Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary for the Digital Society Development Sector, at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC), assured that the Ministry is keen to equip and qualify the Qatari community, raise its awareness, and help it to adopt the latest technologies, in line with MOTS’s commitment to create an integrated digital society that provides its members with equal opportunities to access the technology, and enhance the digital community’s readiness to participate in building a knowledge-based economy.
