The Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA), in cooperation with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA), represented by the Institute of Public Administration, organized yesterday a training course for human resources managers in ministries and government institutions to introduce the Code of Conduct and Integrity of Public Officials and their required role.
A number of human resource managers from ministries, government entities, and public authorities and institutions attended the 3-day course.
The course aims to introduce the code of conduct and integrity of public employees, circulate it within ministries and institutions, educate employees about the provisions of the code of conduct and ensure that they are familiar with it and with its provisions. The course also aims to acquaint them with the legal penalties in the event that employee violates the code of conduct.
