The training plan of the Institute of Public Administration for the year 2022, which will be launched in mid-January, introduces “Marhaba” orientation program for new employees. The plan includes 50 training programs will be organized for new employees, due to the increase in the number of new appointments in the country.

According to what was announced by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB), the preparation of the training plan for the Institute of Public Administration was based on a survey considered the training needs of 54 government entities subject to the Human Resources Law.

The new training plan considers the employee’s promotion conditions and the needs of the trainees through offering multiple dates and times for the training programs, and offering them in the form of face to face or online training. There is also a flexibility for converting the training plan’s programs from face to face programs into online ones in the event of the Corona pandemic extension.
