Chaired by HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Cabinet made the following decisions during its regular meeting held yesterday via videoconferencing, within the framework of the plan of the gradual easing of the sanctions imposed due to Coronavirus (COVID-19):

1- Amending the Cabinet's decision on reducing the number of public sector staff who are present at their workplaces, so that no more than 50% of the total number of the staff will resume their work at their workplaces, according to the job needs, while the rest of this staff will resume their work from home remotely, or as requested according to the situation.

2- Amending the Cabinet's decision on reducing the number of private sector staff who are present at their workplaces, so that no more than 50% of the total number of this staff will resume their work at their workplaces, while the rest of this staff will resume their work from home remotely.

3- Amending the Cabinet's decision on suspending medical services provided in health facilities, so that these services will be provided at around 60% of the capacity of private healthcare facilities, as well as continuing to provide emergency services.

4- The following points shall be taken into account:

A- Continuing to implement the previous exemptions decided by the Cabinet in this regard. B- Following the health requirements, preventive measures and controls specified by the Ministry of Public Health.

5- The respective competent authorities shall take the necessary measures in this regard.

6- This decision shall be acted as of Wednesday, 1 July 2020, until further notice.
