Qatar University (QU)'s Young Scientists Center (YSC), in cooperation with the office of Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies (VPRGS), is launching a research funding program called "National Science Promotion Program (NSPP)", to build and consolidate the researcher culture among community members, including the category of the youth and young people. The research grant is regarded as a new creator of the capacities of Qatari youth and as an investment in the minds in all sciences and research areas that constitute the national research priorities in the State of Qatar, and as an opening to their scientific journey.
Through this grant, high school and university students will get an opportunity to conduct scientific researches under the supervision of highly qualified faculty members and research experts at QU.
They will also gain experience and training in research methodology in top-notch laboratories using the state-of-the-art devices and equipment provided by the country's resources. Moreover, with practice, they will learn the basic rules on conducting rigorous scientific research.
