Silatech is an international, non-profit, non-governmental, socio-economic development organization that connects youth all around the world with meaningful jobs and sustainable employment opportunities. Since establishment in 2008, Silatech has been working to empower the world’s youth economically and socially and connecting them with the jobs and resources needed to establish and grow their businesses, by providing comprehensive and innovative solutions in the field of youth employment by working with national, regional, and international partners. Silatech does not only seek to help young people find work, but it also empowers them socially, so that they can become actively engaged in their societies and participate in the development.

Silatech was launched by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser to create a future where youth become active agents of change and progress in their communities.
