Under the honorable patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara), is organizing Katara 11th Traditional Dhow Festival. 

The organizing committee of the Katara Traditional Dhow Festival 2021 is pleased to invite the esteemed public among the lovers of fine art to participate in the festival’s competition of the best painting.

Among the competition's conditions is that the competition’s participation is open to citizens and residents (both genders), within the State of Qatar and abroad. Moreover, a submitted painting must express participant's artistic view about the topic of competition, and must be inspired from the site of the 11th Traditional Dhow Festival.
